• Victor Balbin has been operating tours in San Juan, Puerto Rico since 1993. Victor has been a government certified bilingual tour guide since 1988. Presently a member of the educational committee of the hotel school in San Juan, his commitment to his clients is excellence and professionalism. This previous elementary public school teacher plays guitar in his spare time, and incorporates his love of music into his tours. In fact, he likes to see tourist singing the local songs while he offers them the ultimate tour of his enchanted island.
